Assembler

We’re currently recruiting for an Assembler to join a friendly manufacturing company based in Fareham. This hands on role involves assembling components using basic hand tools and glueing parts together, following clear work instructions and build packs.

What you’ll be doing

• Assembling parts using hand tools and adhesives
• Following written work instructions and diagrams
• Working as part of a production team to meet quality standards
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in assembly or production
• Ability to follow work instructions and assembly guides
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
• Early finish on Fridays
• £12.71 per hour
