We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Process customer requests, orders, or service updates
  • Maintain and update customer records and internal systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the department
  • Ensure all interactions meet company service standards


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
